“I should commission them?” Nono reads and his face lights up. “Would you all like that? If I commissioned cute genshin emotes for the channel from them?” Nono asks and the chat immediately agrees, saying they would love to have Junnie’s art as cute emotes to spam in the chat.

Jaemin has grown to love and even look forward to his routine at the store and having gone through this process so many times, he can’t help but feel a little irritated when something is out of place. As it happens to be right now, when instead of finding the familiar box of assorted ice cream cones, his eyes settle on a mop of bubblegum pink hair blocking his usual path. Hell, he could have even bumped into this person when turning the corner, seeing as they’re blocking the entire aisle with their cart. It’s a good thing he was careful.
Well, it probably also helps that he can see the future.

“I don’t think that applies here,” Jaemin says, folding his hands to act like a chin rest as he blinks at Renjun from across the table. “Technically, I show up after all your bad dates. Also, I love cats.” As an afterthought he adds, “Meow.”
Renjun keeps going on terrible first dates, and keeps running into the same suspiciously handsome stranger after each one. It’s like something out of a romcom, except his life is not a romcom, so he can only assume the suspiciously handsome stranger is actually a suspiciously handsome stalker. Or maybe, just maybe—
It’s fate.

“Take care, Renjun.” He tells him, his voice is gentle and sweet, then he leans in to press a lingering chaste kiss on Renjun’s lips before he could foresee what’s going to happen, before giving Renjun a time to mentally prepare himself. Renjun is so fucked up. He’s going to be so, so fucked up starting from today. He realizes it when he almost tries to chase after Jaemin’s lips, foolishly and absentmindedly, the way he used to do during his heat. He gulps down the growing lump in his throat as he steals one last glance at those sinful lips before getting out of the car with a hazy mind, bidding Jaemin a hurried goodbye.
Renjun doesn’t remember how he locked himself up in his room. He doesn’t even remember if he bumped into his roommates or not. The only thing he remembers and will continue to remember for a long, long while is the kiss Jaemin just gave him.
Though it should signify an end, it sure feels like a start.
