Summary
[Wemmbu] was going to find Flame after he left the End, but he barely had a drive to do that. It didn't mean anything. Every time they interacted, every tight-lipped conversation, every gaze that lingered a bit too long, every accidental touch that they leaned into instinctually, Wemmbu had to pretend he didn't remember it.

Summary
The time Sharpness managed to trap someone for the first time was also the first time in, probably ever, that Sharpness understood why Tai and Seo tried so hard to trap Jude instead of just killing him like normal.
So, really, Sharpness should have expected that Jude would realize that Sharpness wanted to get him like that.
Should have expected there would be a trap waiting for him, with Jude standing over his own trap for so long.
Should have known, because Jude was the one who taught him how to be a bait, only for him to not recognize the performance the one time it really mattered.
He really should have recognized it.
