Mainly because it started with her pinning just about everything on Ava whenever Bucky asked who did something he didn't like because he's so particular about everything. It was supposed to be a harmless “get out of jail” free card because the former Winter Soldier lets Ava get away with every single thing (very biased, not fair at all), so why can’t she and the others all utilize it?
She should've known it was only a matter of time before the house of cards collapsed.
