"I-- I thought it was good." Tony stammers. Gregory pauses, turning to look at him slowly. "I... your singing. it was..."
"I'm working on it." Gregory's cheeks turn pink as he averts his eyes. "I-- I'm not very good yet. I'll get better."
"Gregory, it was good." Tony says, moving closer to him. Gregory shuts his mouth, watching him carefully. Tony fumbles for what to say next. He doesn't know why he's acting like an idiot right now, why his throat feels dry and closed up and like his words keep tripping up in his mouth.
Or: Freddy's been giving Gregory singing lessons, and Tony walks in on one.

Summary
"Frostbite." Tony breathes. He jerks his head up to look at Gregory. "It's not normal frostbite. It's a later stage. You're getting worse."
Gregory blinks, watching Tony gently set his hand down on his lap as he starts working off his gloves. Is that a symptom? Not knowing when you're getting worse? Gregory's never froze to death before.
Or: Gregory and Tony are trapped in an enclosed space in the Pizzaplex while the mimic prowls around, a blizzard roaring outside as they sit and slowly freeze to death while waiting for help.

Cassie swallows. Her shoulders are hunched, head ducked. She looks defeated. Cassie feels like she's a friend-- that if she's with Gregory, she's safe.

Gregorys brows furrow further. "I don't recognize you." He slurs. "Am I dead or something?"
Tony huffs. There's words pressing on his throat threatening to come out, all of the things Tony dreamed of saying to Greg once he found him, but he's in no state at all to comprehend any of it. "You're not dead." Tony promises. "And... I'm a friend. You can trust me."
Gregory scrutinizes him. "Okay."
Or: Tracking down Greg ends up leading Tony to Gregory, who isnt who he was looking for. But Tony finds out that despite Gregory not being who he expected, staying is just about the best decision Tony could ever make.
(A fic about improving mental health and falling in love with life again, with some injury recovery and family and feels. Along the way, Tony falls in love with more than just life.)

a collection of all the (very self indulgent) flashlight duo (Gregory and Evan) oneshots ive written!
these are made to be in the same universe/life, but small things here and there wont carry over and can be inconsistent. if you can ignore those, theyre basically all in the same exact universe! (save for the ones that obviously arent)
these are not chronological either. these are disconnected but also still connected together. if there are ever any oneshots that directly follow eachother, ill say so
