Summary
Sadie Adler returns to the States after finally hearing the news of John Marston's death. Wracked with grief and regret, on the hill where his grave sits, she meets Bonnie MacFarlane, who makes an immediate impression. Together, they help each other through years of grief, regret, and loss, and Sadie slowly finds a reason to live through this wonderful woman she never would have met if not for John.
But outlaws don't get happy endings. A member of the Dutch van der Linde gang has come home to roost, and with her in their legal jurisdiction, it's only a matter of time before the law swoops in to finish what they already thought was done.
