“You can, but I’m afraid while he’s in the PICU, visitors are limited to immediate family.”Buck opened his mouth to say something, but Eddie was faster, spitting, “That’s bullshit, he’s—”
“Eddie, hey,” Buck said, squeezing Eddie’s wrist. “It’s okay, it’s alright. Just go be with him, okay?”
Eddie looked torn for a moment, mouth twisted in a frown. Buck pushed him gently towards the doctor and Eddie nodded, turning to go. Buck gave him a supportive smile that fell the second Eddie and the doctor were gone, the heavy ER door closing behind them with a loud click. His shoulders slumped and he buried his face in his hands, collapsing in on himself like a puppet with its strings cut.

"I missed you too," Eddie tells him which is the truth. He liked working with Marjan, but he ended up talking her ear off about Buck, which is slightly embarrassing now that he thinks about it. At this point, he might as well just stamp Property of Evan Buckley right across his forehead.
Or, the one where Eddie is insanely jealous because he thinks Buck has a crush on Marjan, and Buck calls him out on it.

What the fuck.
That’s the only thing playing in Eddie’s mind as he watches Buck pause at the threshold on his way to the car.
It’s a Tuesday morning, right before Eddie, Buck, and Chris are supposed to leave for work and school respectively, and Buck is holding a gorgeous bouquet of flowers.
What the fuck!
The whole team had Monday off, so Ravi had invited them all to a party at some fun rodeo themed bar over the weekend, and now...
Now Eddie is so hung over he’s seeing things. He’s hallucinating beautiful flowers at his front door. He’s imagining his best friend holding a bouquet of sunflowers and eucalyptus and snapdragons and baby’s breath. Honestly, kudos to his brain for creating such an array of flowers, because there is no way that this is real.
Eddie’s brain repeats again:

Buck rolled his eyes and moved towards the fridge. “I was a little late in texting you, big deal. Besides, I have company.”
Silence rang on the other end of the phone. Buck pulled out two beers, placing them on the bench. He frowned when there was no response. “Eddie?”
“Company,” Eddie repeated, voice sounding tight over the phone.

The alpha steps around the curtain, tugging it closed behind him. It’s almost cute, that he thinks there’s any privacy in this place.
“Hi,” the alpha says, voice rough with desire. His scent spikes with it too, filling the space between them. “I’m Ed- Shit. Are we allowed to share names?”
Buck blinks at him in surprise. An alpha with a face like that—a body like that—speaking with so much uncertainty surprises him. Not to mention the polite way he keeps his eyes on Buck’s face, even as Buck stretches his legs out further, knowing how many alphas have been weak for them.
“There’s no rule,” he says slowly, wondering if maybe this is a trick, or some elaborate foreplay. “Most just don’t bother.”

Buck felt his whole life flash before his eyes before he corrected his posture, stance tall, shoulders back, face neutral.
“You’re right, I’m not your dad, but I’m still in charge of you until he gets home. He said you weren’t allowed to go to the party on a school night, and I passed along the message. If you have a problem with it, take it up with him when he gets home in twenty minutes,” Buck said calmly, leaving Chris’s room, closing the door behind him.
Or. Buck gets into an argument with Chris and flees to visit Bobby’s grave. Eddie follows him to bring the man that he loves back home.

Mickey has an idea and asks if anyone knows how to play the trumpet.
The next day, Bradley and his friends marched towards the Mitchell-Kazansky lawn riding on a mop. Mickey blows on the trumpet to signify their arrival. Jake opens the door with his dads behind him. Bob yells "hear ye! hear ye! hear ye!"
Iceman doesn't seem impressed and shuts the door on their hopeful grins.
"Get off my Lawn Bradshaw!" The Iceman yells behind the door.
