Summary
“Shit,” he said, before she could formulate a single coherent thought. “Weasley.”
His voice held the dread of a man who was facing an imminent trial by jury for murder. Ginny stared at him, mind simply blanking—there was absolutely no way to rationalize Draco Malfoy, of all people in the universe, standing in front of her right now, an ocean away from the last place she saw him.

Seven years after the war, Ginny finds herself in New York chasing a new life and running from the past. Until the past barrels straight into her in the form of Draco Malfoy. Old grudges and deep-set trauma aren't as easy to undo as they are to run away from, though. And maybe both of them have reasons for starting over.

Summary
Ginny Weasley was almost as famous as the-boy-who-lived. She wasn’t the savior of witch and wizard kind, but she was special. She was destined to be an Omega. One of only a handful in every thousand witches born. Molly Weasley, her feisty mother, was one. The Prewett’s, a noble lineage of pure-bloods and Ginny’s family on her mother’s side, were renown for producing Omegas. They hadn’t done anything to gain it. It was luck, genetics. It just happened.
But when puberty struck her, the results all came back the same. Negative. Beta. Beta. Beta. There was nothing wrong with being Beta. Most people were Beta. But something so intrinsic to how she grew up, beliefs that had been drilled into her since she was born, all vanished in an instant. It hurt her. It nearly broke her. It made her do things she regretted and become a person she hated.
Then Harry won the war. The darkness had vanished, but Ginny was changed. Too far gone, or so she thought. Unable to return to Hogwarts to pretend as if nothing had happened, her 17th birthday fast approached. Adulthood that brought with it a vestige of her past. The Prewett blood really did run proudly within her.
