Honestly, this fic will put you through the emotional wringer. Well worth it though. I loved the concept. The lore is very interesting and perfectly done.The only critique I have is that Hobi is a side character.

Trauma and anxiety and all the patience and love to weather through it all together. I read "Honey, You're Familiar Like My Mirror Years Ago, first. Even though it was written after Baby, Do You See Me, it's a prequel that gave me a lot more context and weight of severity, making all the sweet moments all the sweeter than if I had read this the other way around. Loved it. The word count is a lot by the numbers, but while reading, it doesn't even feel like much. I wanted it to go on forever because sureaintmebabe created a lovely little bubble for us. -

A few months after the school has officially started, Taehyung often brings his friends home and Yoongi usually locks himself in his room and studies. His reason is to avoid any of them, really, because he loves his serenity undisturbed and Taehyung’s friends are usually loud and stupid.
One day, though, Yoongi bumps into one of Taehyung’s friends on his way out of the bathroom, still damp from the shower. The kid has black, round-rimmed glasses which Yoongi is sure don’t even have function, he wears a red plaid shirt over a worn-out black shirt and a pair of denim shorts, his feet are shoved into too-small slippers which Yoongi is sure his once when he was younger.
Upon seeing Yoongi, the kid frowns, “Who are you?”
Yoongi frowns back, “Who are you?”
It’s the very first time Yoongi meets Jeon Jungkook.

DNR.
Idk if the writer is a middle schooler or a foreigner. It starts off fine, good even, but after the midway point, the quality steeply declines, reads like a wattpad story, and is rushed. I was greatly disappointed.
