Doohickey turned to head toward his own desk. He retorted over his shoulder, “If this lasts as long as a few weeks, I’m filing a complaint.”
As Doohickey walked off, Clancy called after him with a smug grin evident in his voice, “Hey, it’s what you signed up for!”

Summary
Jay felt like he wasn't doing much with his life before he began helping Alex with his student film. Which is why he immediately agrees to check out a house he inherited from someone he's never met. What's more - the house is perfect. Gorgeous, secluded, on a large patch of land, and big enough to comfortably hold everyone he would call a friend. Some rumors surround the place, sure, but what old house doesn't have a few ghost stories?
It is a bit odd, though. The way it changes at night. The constant feeling of being watched. The people who seem to orbit the property when it gets dark.
He's sure they'll be fine. After all, it's just a house.

Izana approached the locked dressing room, leaning against the wall next to it. Tilting his head, he rapped his knuckles on the door and spoke loud enough for Takemichi to hear. “I’m throwing a party tonight. It would be a shame for that outfit to go to waste, and I’m sure Hinata wants you to have some fun before…” He cut himself off with a short laugh. “Well.”
Inside the dressing room, Takemichi was holding his dress shirt with shaky hands. He had silently hoped to leave empty-handed, to not be indebted to Izana in any way. That hope was quickly fading, however, since Izana seemed hellbent on making his life difficult. His chest felt tight, and his heart was pounding, from fear or anticipation he couldn’t tell. But he certainly knew what Izana would say next.
“Not to mention Mikey will be there.”
And how could Takemichi say no to that?

Flashing blue and red danced over his features as he watched The High Visionary, no, Dillon, being loaded into the back of a police van.
Thomas couldn’t stop staring, the last two years of his life crumbled away from under his feat life the edge of a worn cliff face. As Dillon took a seat, and the cage doors were closed, stern ice blue eyes met with worried brown ones as the van doors finally slammed shut.
He blinked a couple of times, why were his eyes burning? He sniffed hard an composed himself as he seemed to come back into reality.
