The fourth floor's boss was different from the rest. It was a creepy copy of him, yes, but besides that there was one more thing that made his doppelgänger different from him.
Despite everything, his copy was mostly happy with its life.
And maybe... Peppino just wanted to be happy too.
Aka an alternate way that Two Fakes could've gone.
