Summary
The first time Korra fell asleep with Ikki, Meelo, and Jinora piled on her it wasn’t purposeful, their training that day was especially tiring and it was all she could do to trudge over to the nearest couch for a much-needed nap, and apparently, the kids thought that was a great idea. As when she woke up Korra found herself trapped in a tangle of limbs and found that she didn’t mind it. It quickly became a habit, after practice or a long day Korra would lie down on the nearest soft surface and the kids would follow suit, piling onto her. It was easier to sleep when she was surrounded by the warm weight of the kids that felt kind of like a heavy wiggly blanket It shouldn’t have been comfortable but it was.
I think Korra deserves a nap so I wrote exactly that (2 of the chapters are a rewrite of another fic but I felt like they were different enough I should just post them separately)

korra and the airbending kids got into the habit of napping together before everything with zaheer happened, they decided to start it back up again.

He steps forward. “I need to tell you something, Lois. Something I should have told you a long time ago.”
And then, moving slowly, deliberately, he takes off his glasses — and just like that, Lois Lane’s entire world tilts off its axis.

She plans to do only that, to show Lena that she's ready for the job and for more. Instead, when she finds Ink5oul in a dirty warehouse tattooing a corpse, she listens. And the more Ink5oul talks and the more Gwen learns about what their tattoos can do to - or for - people, the less she wants to share them with the OIAR.
Or, a story about Gwen actually doing whatever it takes to grab the power she craves.
