"Okay, Robby. Whatever you say." Heather smirks at him. "Pretty boy!" She shouts to Whitaker.
He eventually looks up when Trinity nudges him and he points to himself. "Oh! I'm pretty boy?"
"Yes!" Heather smiles widely. "You're with me, come on!"
The entire department is very aware on how much Robby favors the blond haired, blue-eyed intern, Dennis Whitaker. Robby refuses to admit it so the department is on a full scale operation to make him realize it.
Or; 5 times the Emergency Department calls Robby's favorite, Dennis Whitaker, "the ED's pretty boy" and the 1 time Robby actually does call him that and does something about it.

Summary
After a lifetime of being the youngest sibling, Dennis should've been used to the way his brothers dragged him into things he wanted nothing to do with in the first place.
