He wants to bury his face into his hands as he conjures up images of Till–Till in the quad with a guitar in his lap, Till walking alongside him as they make their way to class, Till in his bed puzzling over some sheet music. He gathers himself and smiles calmly across the little cafe table. “He’s nice.”
