I thought he was plotting more than usual before I realised he was seeing someone. I tailed him one night because I knew he wasn’t going to the catacombs. I thought it was odd that he didn’t even go two floors down Mummers. Maybe he was using his vampire powers to compel other random eighth years to let them drink their blood, or something. Then I heard them moaning through the door.
