As she stays, Rouge grows closer to both the island and Knuckles, learning its history, and reflecting on her life as it has changed. Through memories of the past, seeing ghosts, and rediscovering a love for curating ancient artifacts, Rouge resolves to help restore the island’s monuments to their former glory and ensure the history of the island never dies by preserving it, finding new purpose while trying not to lose herself.
