    “Touya-nii!” The voice says and it’s undoubtedly the voice of 5 year-old Todoroki Shouto. The voice of his little brother.
    “Touya?” Hawks questions as he tries to piece together why the name is being said.
    “Touya-nii, you’re so big!” Shouto says in awe as he hurries over to where Dabi’s standing.
    Dabi’s legs give out. He’s overwhelmed by the image of little Shouto running to him. The tousled red and white hair, his ice blue and gray eyes, the soft skin of his unscarred face. It nullifies Dabi. Suddenly, he can only remember being Touya.

    AKA a fic where Shouto gets hit by a de-aging quirk and Endeavor charges Hawks with watching him until the quirk wears off, featuring Hawks' terrible child caring skills (thanks to his own terrible childhood) and a Todoroki sibling reunion

    Looking up at the shining gates of UA, Nagisa pulled out his anti-sensei knife and twirled the point along his index finger. If he could hitch a ride to Hawaii at Mach 20, save his friends from poisoning and go to outer space, he could definitely do this – face a new school year. A new class.

    A new homeroom teacher.

    Because, even without time travel, moving on from their mountaintop classroom had always been the plan. Koro-sensei had wanted them to live the best lives they possibly could. Even if he hadn’t expected those lives to involve quirks or a quest to stop Shiro – I’m sorry All for One – from taking over the world with antimatter Nomu… well, Nagisa just hoped Koro-sensei would be proud of them anyway.

    He twirled the knife one more time, pointedly ignoring the concerned looks shot his way by other students passing through the gates.

    “Well, Koro-sensei,” he whispered, determinedly sliding his knife back into its hidden sheath. He hitched up his backpack and squared his shoulders to finally step through the gates. “If you’re watching out there… I guess it’s future time.”

    Izuku was dead, Katsuki was alive (although he didn’t deserve to be), and those were facts.

    Kids are the joy of life, cousin Mikoto once said, presenting him with the ugliest, wrinkliest, most eyesoreful infant possible. Itachi opened his eyes then, and, almost as if he could read Obito’s thoughts and decipher the grimace of disgust on his face, started crying and screeching like a captured bijou - Obito would know, he heard that sound many times by now.

    So that was a fucking lie.

    He forces himself not to comment on the armoury that the kid’s bed had become - he can allow Sasuke to keep some paranoia, as a treat - and instead tugs at the covers.

    Three more shuriken and a kunai fall to the floor.

    “I’m happy right here. Can you teach me katon?” Sasuke tells him, as if Obito isn't going through every thing he knows about anger management in his head right now.

    “Kid, seriously,” Obito rubs at his temples, “take it from me, only having training as your hobby will lead to a burnout,” or, to becoming a terrorist that gets thrown into the past against his will.

     

    Or; after the fight with Kaguya, instead of dying, Obito finds himself in the Uchiha compound week post the massacre.
    He ends up taking care of Sasuke.

    Or; Obito repents by becoming a parental figure.
