“Dude, why would I be? I live in space surrounded by aliens twenty-four seven. I’ve seen way weirder things than having extra fingers.”
“And toes,” Ford blurted out and almost slapped his hand over his mouth. Why the hell did he say that?
Peter laughed. “That’s sick, dude!”
Ford’s memory of his dimension’s slang wasn't very clear after a long time, but he was pretty sure ‘sick’ meant cool in this context and not the actual meaning. Probably. Maybe.
