He has been coping just fine, thank you very much. Sure, he has chronic migraines, a worsening nicotine addiction, and a nonexistent appetite, but he’s fine. All Chris needs to worry about is supporting those he cares about. He’ll handle himself.

After surviving the massacre at Arklay Mountain, Chris escapes from hell only to run into its fucking twin when he finds out that the virus has already spread to Raccoon City. Hoping to find his sister, he goes back to the Raccoon Police City Department only for him to run into rookie cop, Leon S. Kennedy. With both dead set on finding Claire and getting the hell out of the city, the two immediately partner up and promise themselves to get through this. Only problem is: This Is Hell and They Can't Leave.

Chris barely even knows his name, even after China. He finds himself mourning the soldier that had been the only person to connect in his thoughts and wonders who on earth could be his POA that the hospital he ditched had mentioned. Then a vaguely familiar blond shows up to interrupt his wallowing and Chris realizes that this man-- Agent Leon S. Kennedy-- knows him a lot better than Chris had originally thought.
