Summary
For some reason, this was really doing it for Buck— seeing Eddie get riled up, how pink his cheeks would get, and how deep his voice would get. If Buck wasn’t careful, he’ll cross a line he shouldn’t.
He just can’t help it though and goes on a mission to ragebait Eddie to get a reaction out of him— to see how he could get under his skin.

5 times Buck ragebaits Eddie on purpose just to see him getting riled up + 1 time Eddie realizes what Buck is doing

Summary
Buck starts coming on everything Eddie owns.
It starts with Eddie’s pillow.
Objectively, it’s not even a good pillow. Eddie bought it when he moved to LA, eight years old now, and yellowing from the sweat he sometimes forgets to wash out of his hair post-shift. It’s too flat in the middle and too high on the sides. The worst of both worlds and yet Buck can’t stop himself from sniffing it, deeply, during his turn in the bed, because it smells like Eddie.
They’ve just come off a forty-hour shift. Low coverage meets overtime to put Buck in the buzz-exhaustion of an adrenaline comedown, where his body’s worn out but his mind is still wired.
Who could blame him from indulging in this minor form of self-soothing?

The guy stares into Eddie’s eyes and starts talking, in a strange, calming manner. “I just tapped into your brain to learn how to communicate with you, Edmundo Diaz. No, wait. You like to be called Eddie. Hello, Eddie. Nice to meet you. You wouldn’t understand my real name if I told you, but this body belongs to a navy seal called Evan Buckley. He goes by Buck. So you can use this human’s name. I won’t mind. Also, he’s not dead, do not fret. I’m just copying the way he looks so you and any other humans who look at me don’t get scared when they see my real form. I picked this human body because you’re never supposed to cross paths with Evan Buckley. So he’ll never see me if I'm with you. Also, I studied your brain to make sure you feel safe by my side. And your brain seems to enjoy Evan Buckley’s physical features. I come from a planet in a far away galaxy. And to answer your question, I don’t need any help. Maybe some clothes. At least that’s what you were thinking.”
OR Buck and Eddie are mentally connected and can’t be apart from each other. Oh, Buck is an alien with two dicks.
