Beomgyu shudders, goosebumps all over his arms. He’s glad that he’s on his stomach so that Yeonjun can’t see his face, because he isn’t sure what expression he’s making right now. “You’re always too good to me.”
“I think you deserve it.” His knuckles knead into a spot that has Beomgyu’s breath hitching slightly. “But you say it like it’s a bad thing.”

So he doesn't pay much attention to it.

Or: All his life, Beomgyu had made his peace with being a beta. Even if it means missing out on things like scents and mating marks and that sole feeling of belonging.
