Summary

5) Do not insult them.
6) Do not, under any circumstances, make a deal with them. They will ALWAYS get the upper hand.
Now, watch as village folk ignore these rules over many generations.

Summary
Bruce should have been prepared for the hit. He was one of the few people in the world who knew that Dick’s cheerfulness came hand in hand with a devastating temper, which the boy had spent years trying to regulate. After days in space, standing trial in front of a bunch of corrupt, egocentric judges who reminded him just enough of Gotham to set him off-kilter, and then immediate, world-ending danger as soon as they arrived back on earth, he had expected the conflict to be over.
It wasn’t, of course. Wally West was dead.

A tiny snippet into the season two aftermath. Dick isn't exactly known for handling the death of loved ones well. I wonder where he gets that from?
