Taehyun sucks in a gasp, eyes darkening. Beomgyu sees how his pedicured toes curl in his brown leather sandals on the leg pressed up against Beomgyu’s knee. When Taehyun places his almost empty glass of wine back on the counter top, his hand is trembling just a little.
“What else?” Taehyun asks huskily.
“Want to see if your pussy is the same color as your mouth, sweetheart,” Beomgyu says and Taehyun straightens up, uncrossing his legs to squeeze his thighs together, pupils blown even under the sun. Beomgyu bites his lip and tilts his head. “Is it?”

“Wait,” Soobin says, “What does this have to do with Beomgyu?”
Taehyun immediately groans, finally dropping his head into his hands so he doesn’t have to look at Soobin anymore. “Don’t ask me that.”
He can imagine Soobin’s look of shock. “Oh my god, don’t tell me—”
“Yes, I was with Beomgyu hyung when it happened.” He peeks up through his fingers. “We were really close for a while, and he—I don’t know, I felt really safe, and comfortable, and it just happened. We were literally just sitting there, I don’t know where it came from at all.”
“Shit,” Soobin says eloquently.

Summary
Most of the time, Taehyun just tried not to think about it. So what if he didn’t know everything there was to know about one of his hyungs? Maybe it wasn’t Taehyun’s business in the first place. Maybe there was nothing to read into at all, when Beomgyu would watch him from afar with his curious, attentive eyes, or when Beomgyu listened to his worries with a soft smile, or when Beomgyu spoke to him in that hushed, gentle tone that he hid away under his loud, exuberant personality, seemingly just for him. Least of all did he want to pry into how being on the receiving end of that voice made his stomach tie itself into little strange knots.
He was overthinking it, Taehyun told himself. Anyway, it probably had nothing to do with him, so he should just move on.
Of course, he would turn out to be totally wrong.

Taehyun doesn’t know how to interpret his Beomgyu-hyung's tender attentiveness. He also can't decipher what exactly it's making him feel.
Luckily, Beomgyu is a little impatient, and decides to help him out.
