Summary
Eddie’s hand is flat against Buck’s pec, his thumb barely a few inches away from one of his nipple and Buck cannot steer his eyes away from it. Not until Eddie speaks again, his voice breathless and low, something Buck barely even registers but it’s just the fact that he hears Eddie that pulls his attention on him. Buck’s eyes snaps up, lock with the brown of Eddie’s.
Eddie who is, unsurprisingly, already watching him.
He’s so fucking hot.
The air inside of the room is thick. It smells like sex, smells like desire, smells like orgasms on the brink of exploding out of their bodies. “What do you have to say after winning tonight? Are the Kings set to a good start of the season?” one of the journalist, Ethan if Eddie recognized his voice correctly, asked.
That fucking 9 million a year contract smile was the first thing Eddie saw. The second was the shine in those baby blues people call his eyes. “Oh, I don’t know…” Evan Buckley said with faux modesty, “I think we’re off to destroy the Stars for the rest of the year, if they play like they did tonight.”
A few chuckles, some flash from the camera and then another question, the same that always comes nowadays, “What about Diaz? Do you think he’ll save that team?”
Buckley rolled his eyes at the question, then looked directly in the camera and said, “I doubt Diaz could save a sinking ship, even if he was made captain,” and then the TV was turned off.

Summary
Buck stand up from the couch. He can still feel the way Eddie watches him, his eyes following his every move like a hawk. “I should go,” he whispers and for some reason, he picks up both of their beers and head out towards the kitchen. He’s standing in front of the sink, the bottle alone in it, when Eddie finally follows him into the room. Buck also jumps when he speaks.
“What does that mean, you have feelings for me?”
He turn around to face him. “Don’t be dense, Eddie. You know what that mean.”
Eddie nod his head. He’s got both hands on his hips and a determined look on his face, like a man on a mission. A mission to turn down his best friend, Buck’s sure of it.
OR : Buck confess, Eddie doesn't. Buck moves on, Eddie, doesn't.

Eddie get lost in the blue of his best friend’s eyes for a moment. “But we could have this. I could… I could give you this.”
He can literally sees the thousands of different thoughts swirling around in Buck’s brain through his eyes. He stares at Eddie intensely, almost too calm – Eddie’s never seen Buck this calm before – and then he sees the moment something click in his best friend’s mind, sees the moment the decision is made and he says, “A family. Us.”
The lump in Eddie’s throat is still there, heavy and strong, and he nod his head before he answers. “Us. Together.”
Buck smile at him then, a small and private one that Eddie can’t help but share with him. “Alright, Diaz,” he says softly. “Let’s have a baby together then.”

Evan’s eyes snatch away from Eddie and he looks up to the front of the class, where everyone’s turned to look at the two of them. Mr.Robert, his teacher, standing in front of them with both hands on his hips, an inquisitive look on his face. He raises an eyebrow, as if to say “so? is there?”
Evan tries to swallow, then clear his throat before simply shaking his head in response.
“You’re sure?” his teacher asks again, bringing out a cooling sensation of humiliation down his spine, “Because you seemed really interested in it.”
He tries to bite his tongue, unsuccessful. “I wasn't aware that where my eyesight landed was any of the school’s problems, Mr. Robert.”
