Summary
Sakura is lost, injured and alone in a forest far from home. The circumstances that led up to this are much less clear. A mysterious mental fog blankets her mind, impenetrable and obfuscating her memories.
After scouring the land, she arrives at the horrifying conclusion that she’s been transported back in time to the Warring States era. Incredibly out of her depth, she has to navigate the old nation’s dangerous climate without becoming ensconced within their politics – a feat easier said than done, for a clan-less kunoichi.
It's just her luck that the Uchiha start sprouting from the woodwork. It seems she can't escape them, no matter what century she's in.

Summary
Her client either doesn't actually know the ninja's name or (equally likely) knows that ninja of this era despise introductions, but Sakura knows the name of her new coworker: Uchiha Madara is standing in front of her, wild-haired and distinctively relaxed, looking no older than her — not quite a teenager anymore, coming into his full adult height and broad shoulders, but much younger than he had looked during the Fourth War.
Seeing him is a literal nightmare come to life, but Sakura is a professional. She bows politely and does not let her hands tremble. "I look forward to working with you."
"Likewise," Madara says, perfectly polite and yet clearly not meaning it. Clearly dismissing her, because she's a young, pink-haired, civilian woman.
Well. She'll show him.

Summary
“What do you think of Hatake Kakashi?”
Natsuko blinks. “Who?”
“Hatake Kakashi,” one of the men says; his light hair is held back from his face by a damp bandana. “Sharingan no Kakashi? Friend Killer Kakashi?”
“What do you mean who?” Anko demands.
“The name is vaguely familiar,” she admits, “but, as I have reminded Mitarashi-san several times, I am not a ninja and we do not share the same social circles. Just from our conversation I can tell you that he’s a man and people probably don’t like him.”
“If you don’t know who he is then how do you know people don’t like him?” Anko asks, pointing an accusatory finger at the waitress.
“People don’t call you “friend killer” if they like you.”

Summary
It all started, in hindsight, with the release of the game called [Red Sands: In Search of the Scarlet Dawn], something of a ridiculous ‘otome’ game featuring the prominent shinobi of Konoha in an odd feudal systems of sorts. A game in which Haruno Sakura was cast as the villainess, her legacy made light of, and her appearance twisted until she was practically unrecognisable. It wasn’t a flattering game to her, and yet it was popular – popular enough for some diehard fan to go out of their way to kill the villainess standing between Sasuke and Hinata’s happiness.
Yet that wasn’t the end of it, rather, death was the beginning of it: of the real Haruno Sakura waking up within that strange world of a game and refusing to follow the so-called ‘plot’ no matter how far along it is.
(or; in which Haruno Sakura becomes a protagonist in the popularised ‘reincarnation as a villainess’ trope, and ponders on why in the seven dimensions did someone create a Madara Route – and how can she get off it, pretty please?)
