    Kyojuro's hearing had always been a problem, ever since he was a kid.

    The young boy didn't think anything of it, I mean, he thought it was normal to not be able to hear someone whisper. Or thought it was normal to yell to make sure he could hear himself clearly.

    However, his parents didn't. Everytime Kyojuro spoke, his parents would have to shush him multiple times.

    TLDR; There isn't enough hard of hearing Rengoku that isn't ships (OR, not enough in general). So I have come to deliver!
