Tenma Tsukasa serves the Aoyagi Kingdom as one of their most trusted war generals. After almost dying in battle protecting said kingdom, he finds his medical leave from the army being unreasonably extended over and over again. While stuck in his home, he finds that the war he thought had ended while comatose continues to spark flames of revival. The King has placed Tsukasa under house arrest for a reason unknown to him -- but when his home and family are threatened due to "peace" talks gone awry, will he pretend to sit idly for much longer?
Akiyama Mizuki is a demon disguised as a mage in the King's army. They came to the Aoyagi Kingdom searching for a cure to the demonic curse they and many others have been placed under. Knowing that their identity being discovered is practically a death sentence, they jump at the opportunity to play guard while General Tenma is in recovery. However, their fellow cursed demon friend Ena is getting restless with no new leads, and the General's little sister is scarily observant. Will they be able to find a cure before war breaks out once more? Or will their identity finally be revealed for all to see?

Herlock Sholmes liked to think he wasn’t that overprotective as a father.
He, a dad of two of the absolute greatest kids in the world, knew what being stifled by your parents felt like at a young age. Herlock didn’t want his children to go through the same as he did. He knew that his kids were people, too, and they deserved a say in their lives.
But then, his son wanted to bring a boy home for Christmas. It wasn't the 'boy' part that he had a problem with, no, absolutely not! It was who the boy was the son of!
And Herlock Sholmes was not going to let Ryuunosuke date the son of a man who didn't like Elle Woods!
