Summary

He knows that Minho must be thinking about him, too. His presence is so heavy between them that Changbin could choke on it. Sometimes, Changbin expects to feel Jisung’s fingers playing in his hair, and nearly jumps when he opens his eyes and it’s Minho’s delicate hands on the base of his neck instead. Summary
“I just—I’m really happy,” Jisung says, brushing Minho’s bangs aside and making butterflies flutter in his stomach. “And I wanna make you happy, too.”
There’s a lump in Minho’s throat all of a sudden, one of a vague unease he can’t quite place. “Stop being cheesy,” he mumbles around it, laying his head back on Jisung’s chest. “I’m happy,” he adds, and he means it, appreciates Jisung’s care even if part of him inexplicably wishes Jisung wouldn’t be so goddamn sweet and kind to him.
He just isn’t quite sure what to do with himself.
(alternatively: Minho struggles with the startling realization of how hard and fast he's fallen for Jisung while past relationship trauma slowly claws its way to the surface, and his fear and doubts continue to fester until they're impossible to ignore—until he just might ruin the best thing that's ever happened to him.)
