Triggers will be updated as I work through the book, I usually put a trigger warning before chapters if I think it's too hard to bear for some people. When I put the trigger warnings, I'm not just putting them there. I'm saying that the chapter could genuinely trigger you, so if you see a warning for a topic that's triggered you in the past or currently does, DON'T READ IT. I'm serious, I've fucked myself over that way before, and it's NOT FUN.
