In which Chrome learns three things:
One, no one should ever touch Senkuu’s lab coat. He wore it everywhere and wouldn’t hear otherwise from anyone else.
Two, apparently some idiot disregarded the first thing. It would’ve been fine, but Senkuu was sulking everywhere, and it was kind of sad.
And three, no matter how much you want your friend to feel better, you should probably avoid punching the perpetrator until after you get an introduction.
(Or, A romantic, cracky comedy of frankly ridiculous proportions in which Chrome just tries to be a good friend. Too bad he fails so spectacularly).

Summary
At 25, Wakatoshi Ushijima has his life in order. He does what he loves for a living. When he isn't playing volleyball, he lives the normal adult life. Off-court obligations, outings with friends, having a girlfriend. The things people are supposed to do to live through the hours that aren't volleyball and he accepts it as a given. He doesn't even get worked up when his girlfriend breaks up with him.
But it's one phone call an old friend didn't make that had the power to upset him.
Dropping everything for the day, volleyball included, to meet Satori Tendou before he leaves Japan again, some hidden gears inside of him are finally set in motion. Maybe too slowly since time is not on his side.

“No,” Wakatoshi says sternly, gently attempting to pull Mikasa away from his arm. Mikasa, however, seems to have inherited his stubbornness, and keeps butting her head against his hand. “Mikasa. No. Humans are not food, nor are they adequate teething toys. Stop this.”
Mikasa continues to do her best to chew on his wrist, staring up at him with wide eyes. Wakatoshi then enters a strange staring contest with his own daughter, with neither one of them willing to be the first to look away.
