Jason helps a dick out, finds out a tragedy he never knew could happen to the goodest boy ever and has a serious talk with their youngest brother. Exactly in that order.

Summary
At this point, Techno can hardly blame his foster parents for kicking him so quickly. He's certainly the consistent variable of the situations, so it'd be stupid to pin it fully on so many others. And, well, they all give the same excuse for giving him up.
His epilepsy is too much for them to handle.
Sometimes, Techno wants to snap back that it's too much for him to handle too. And he can't just throw himself away to leave it behind. But that wouldn't help anything, except getting him gone even quicker.
So this time, Techno will not be difficult. He will not cause drama or stress or annoyance. He will not have constant fits that freak his foster family out. This time, Techno will be easy. And he will finally get to stay.

They all jump violently as the phone rings, shrill and harsh. George snatches it up, only to see the number is hidden. It is not Dream calling. He feels sick with apprehension as he answers the call.
"Hello, George speaking."
The voice that comes over the phone sounds gruff but calm and in control. "You are - GeorgeNotFound?" he asks.
George’s heart drops at his tone. "Y-yes." He falters.
There is a pause, then the person on the other end takes a deep breath.

Summary
A long-awaited meet up for the SBI! It is a well-earned break in busy schedules to finally meet some of your closest friends and spend some face to face time with actual human beings. At least, this is the way Techno is looking at it. He doesn't realise the ulterior motive Phil, Wilbur and Tommy have for insisting on Techno flying all the way to England to meet them.
OR
Techno has been dealing with some mental health problems he thought were well resolved. This causes him to unintentionally distance himself from his closest online friends. Wilbur, Phil and Tommy decide they've had enough of their fruitless worrying and convince Techno to fly out to England.

The boy’s head snapped up at breakneck speed. His room? Surely, he misheard. Surely. There was no way that they had a whole separate room for him. Unless it was like a closet. Yeah, that was it, it was definitely a closet of sorts that was cleared out for him. (He tried to ignore the twinge of disappointment he felt. He felt nothing. Absolutely nothing. Nothing.)
The door swung open and Techno’s eyes widened. It wasn’t a closet. It was an actual, modestly sized room, walls painted a creamy white, with a singular light hanging from the ceiling, casting a warm yellow glow on a wardrobe, a desk and a bed. He even had a bedside table. With a night lamp.

Or, where Phil fosters what he thinks to be a "problem" kid but instead ends up with a defensive... creature who may or may not be older than him and his sons combined (the religious trauma and PTSD are a bonus).

Tommy just hummed, letting his arms find their way around his dada's neck and his chin to his shoulder. When he knew Wilbur couldn't see, he opened his eyes, just for the heck of it. He grinned at his silly antics.
"What's so funny, mister?" Wilbur asked, tone alight with his own smile as he rubbed the little's back, "I can feel you grinning back there."
Tommy giggled, tucking his thumb into his mouth on instinct. "Nuffin'."
In which Tommy finally decides to leave his abusive family and goes to stay with his pseudo-brother, Wilbur. Amidst the chaos of his life, Tommy finds calm, and slowly, he learns how he can heal from his past.
