Summary
Lisa is once again in over her head and in need of a quick exit.
Thankfully Night City is home to a solo who is skilled in quick n' dirty extracts and has a penchant for taking jobs from weird people calling from unknown numbers.
What follows is a series of spectacular clusterfucks that takes a passively suicidal merc and a teenage cape who is NOT as smart as she thinks she is on a transcontinental journey that could have only ever ended one way.In which Lisa makes bad reads and poor decisions, and V makes even worse decisions.
No one here is a good person and no one gets a happy ending.
Separately the Parahumans and Cyberpunk series are teetering on the edge of grimdark, and when combined the effect is multiplicative. -
