Summary
Midoriya Izuku was 5 when his mom died and he went to live with his dad. His dad, Hisashi (better known as the villain All for One, even more widely not known at all), loves him very much. Hisashi/AFO also happens to have very subpar parenting skills.
The result of these subpar parenting skills, growing up with a slightly deranged brother with a powerful quirk, "adopting" a notorious assassin as his own personal babysitter, and managing it all while quirkless & living in a bar is...surprisingly not as bad as you'd think. Unless your name is Hisashi.
Unbeknownst to Japan's greatest supervillain, Midoriya Izuku has a Plan. He's always wanted to be a hero, but now he wants more than that. He wants to save Everyone--including the villains. Including his unhinged brother, said unhinged brother's mist-man butler/babysitter, and their dad (the Unseen Horror, Scourge of Japan, Symbol of Evil, etc.)
Step 1 is to attend UA. Collecting people (villains, heroes, and vigilantes alike) like his dad collects quirks is not technically part of the plan, but it's definitely a bonus.
