For Those of you who just HAVE to know what happened when Efranos and Mateos met again. "The Training of Mateos" is an unfinshed work...it jumps, it skips, there are huge gaps and it makes little sense out of context of The Origins Cycle or Broken Chains. Eventually it will become part of Forgotten Memories but for now it is what it is...a series of vignettes...brutal and tender, horrific and hoepefully, reaffirming of the resilient nature of the human spirit.
