Percy has been seeing the past and the future all his life. When he was seven and about to die, he called out to Apollo for help. Apollo brought his brand new baby prophet to his oldest living son, Lee Fletcher, to care for. From there the events of Percy Jackson and The Olympians unfold, both similar to, but also entirely different from canon. Most of the characters' ages have been changed, new backstories added and much of this stories explores the complexity of people and gods.

When Lando has a big crash early in the race, the Red Bull team minimizes the impact when telling Max about it. When Max finally catches on to the more serious nature of the crash, nothing and nobody can stand in his way of getting to Lando, even if that involves throwing a temper tantrum and storming the McLaren motorhome. His antics risk outing them to their bosses.

Andrew spots him almost immediately - hair as black as night, curls gentle and full atop his head. He’s got a bruise the size of a baseball around his eye, freckles spattered out around it like an explosion of stardust. His eyes are the colour of the sky, cresting with storm clouds.
His hands are in his pockets as he walks by, fisted around something. He doesn’t look at any of them as he passes, eyes downcast.
Andrew’s never seen him before.
“What the hell happened to your face, Neil?” Wymack shouts, voice startling in the aftermath of silence. Neil doesn’t stop, plundering by the team and their coach without a second-glance.
