Summary
Alhaitham’s grey bangs fall in a curtain over his forehead, obfuscating two-toned irises and weathered cheeks, presumably from his journey across the desert. Sweat drips from Alhaitham’s brow and travels down his neck in rivulets, making his Akademiya tunic visibly wet around the collar and stuck to his skin.
He’s the most beautiful man Kaveh has ever seen.
“I copied this from the House of Daena. Can you translate it for me?”
“Why would I do that?” Kaveh asks, narrowing his eyes.
Alhaitham shrugs. He doesn’t seem all that upset about being rebuffed by Kaveh. If anything, he looks generally annoyed to be here at all.

Getting sent on a vacation away from his annoying bandmates to complain and eat as much free food as he wants? Sold.
