The teenage boy mumbled, his words slurring. He couldn't help it. The feeling of her fingers running through his hair made him sink deeper in her lap. He felt her finger play with one of his curls which in turn made a shiver go down his spine. It's been a while since someone has played with his hair.
"𝗂 𝗀𝖾𝗍 𝗐𝗁𝖺𝗍 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝗆𝖾𝖺𝗇, 𝗎𝗇𝗂𝗏𝖾𝗋𝗌𝖾."

He felt her hand pause in his hair. He cracked one eye, his eye watching her examine the ocean. He wanted to know what was going through that pretty head of hers, to examine it just as she was examining the ocean. Though, they seemed dimmer than usual. She smiled, which looked more like a grimace, and placed her hand on his cheek. Her thumb rubbing it softly;
