He knows the guy's name, seen photos of him, and hears the disparaging thoughts his family has of the man, but why did he really vanish during his mom's pregnancy? Meanwhile, trillionaire Hannibal McFist wants vengeance against the supernatural entity that took his right arm when he was a teen, the so-called Warrior. He will stop at nothing to get it.

Summary
Danny is the youngest child of two directors of the GIW. When he temporarily dies in an accident in their lab, they sweep it under the rug quickly, since he seems to have no physical side-effects other than miraculously painless Lichtenberg figure scarring across his skin. They're so enamored with their greatest life's work operating as it should; their little son being ecto-contaminated enough for their inventions to notice him is an afterthought. Meanwhile, Danny is increasingly concerned with the unearthly ways his physiology changes, one of them being the gnawing hunger that mere human food cannot satisfy. Things move fast, enemies are made (but also allies), and brutal battles are fought. He's not gonna be the same person by the end of the year.

Harry reads the passage again and again before rubbing at his eyes, like blinding them will remove the text from his brain entirely. Across the table, he knows Hermione is watching him with pity, Ron with open disgust–not for Harry, never for Harry, but at the thought of anyone Imprinting on Voldemort. Fuck, Harry can't believe he Imprinted on Voldemort, his body apparently so desperate for a guide in navigating these strange Alphan waters that it latched onto the first one it could find, nevermind that this Alpha wants to kill him.
