Summary
Odysseus survived war, monsters, and the sea itself. What he has not survived is peace.
Years after returning to Ithaca, he finds the world too quiet, too gentle and himself restless. When he sails again, he discovers that Poseidon’s wrath is far from over… and that the god’s greatest weapon might not be death, but the power to unmake him emotionally.

Summary
Alfred grew up as a child prodigy, so he secured a position in a very prestigious university at a very young age. But the stress got to him, and after an accident, (Curse America’s healthcare costs!!), he turned into a broke university student, and needed money to pay off his student debt. Like, fast.
So, it was obvious that when he found a babysitting job that paid EXTREMELY well, he took it immediately. Besides, he had nothing to do! What was the worst that could happen? Pfft, what, the (apparently) many children he was going to be babysitting would get too attached to him and after he leaves university, they would become highly successful and try to find him?
...
That was very weirdly specific. Where did that thought come from?
...
No matter! It’s all for the money. He’s gonna do it. Nothing will stop him from getting his money. Nothing. Nada. Not even some crazy stalkers- wait what?Bookmarked by breadabell

Summary
For someone who's frequently cited as the most powerful country in the world, America...doesn't seem to act the part. He's an irresponsible, dishonest, just-does-whatever-he-wants type of guy with a devil-may-care attitude, and most definitely the last person you'd expect to be a father.
That is, until after an extended period of absences, China discovers a huge secret: he has a 4-year-old daughter.
