“Nothing to be embarrassed about!” he reassures with an innocent bat of his eyelashes. “Besides, it was a cute snore,” he continues boldly. “Like, really cute. Like—”
Chat proceeds to emit some rather inelegant snorts. Rumbling, gurgling, disjointed and completely over exaggerated growls which seem to stem deeply within his throat in harsh exhalations. She would have worried, had he not been expelling them at her expense.
“Get out,” she deadpans, or at least she tries to, amongst his obnoxious grunting and chortling.
“Like an adorable, black-haired, blue-eyed, baby pig,” he wheezes.
“I will push you off this this balcony.”

Keith opened his mouth to reply, but wasn’t even given a fighting chance.Lance feels like an idiot. He knows it's time for a change; time to work harder and stop acting like a child. He's a paladin of Voltron. He's supposed to protect people! He doesn't care what happens to him - no one else gets hurt. Never again.
Fic based just after the end of season 5 in which Lance is forced to confront his mistakes and it leads him down a very dark path. Unwilling to accept how dangerous his actions are becoming, it's left up to his team-mates and a certain Blade of Marmora member to find the root of his problems and try to bring him back from the edge.We worked so hard on this. “I love you.” He stammered, voice breaking between sobs. “I love you, Keith. So much.”
Keith’s heart skipped a beat, or maybe blatantly stopped. He couldn’t believe Lance had just said that –he pondered on the possibility of having misheard him– but his voice had sounded so honest and so painfully hurt, he knew there was no way Lance’s words weren’t true. The honesty dripping from his drunk-stained words left Keith breathless. He never thought he’d live to hear those words coming from Lance, he was certain he would never love him back, he thought he liked Kinkade, as much as it pissed him off the idea.
But Lance was sitting next to him, in a desolated hallway in the middle of the night, as if they were just idle teenagers, his big ocean eyes looking at him with fear and so much pain, and he felt like the world had just stopped for them.

On 01/02/2018 my external hard drive, full of stories, art and images, stopped working. I have yet to get it recovered. It will cost me around £200+ which I can't spend, that's if they can recover anything at all as things might be lost for good.
Unfortunately this means such stories stored on there, which includes this one, can't be edited or finished until I know for definite.
If it can be fixed and I get the money to do it, things will be updated, if not, they will be deleted.
