Maria spent the first ten years of her life being raised by Manticore to be the perfect soldier. Then she escaped. Instead of ignoring everything she's capable of, she joins the one organization that will let her thrive without keeping her on a short leash.
Except Manticore wasn't the only organization working on super soldiers.
And Manticore will never give up the hunt for its missing children.

Summary
Genome is the genetic material of an organism. It consists of DNA. The genome includes both the genes (the coding regions) and the non-coding DNA, as well as mitochondrial DNA and chloroplast DNA.
Maria Hill is a genetically enhanced super soldier. When she and her "siblings" escape as children, she decides to learn what it means to be human while using her abilities and training. But being AWOL from a classified military project means always keeping a part of herself secret and hidden. SHIELD might not be the best choice, but if she wants to remain free, she's going to have to build up everyone around her in hopes they'll fight for her when Manticore finally catches up to their escaped experiments.
