“The winner will make the loser do anything they want them to do. Sounds good?” Milan lets out a hum, seemingly pondering.
“You definitely have something in mind, don’t you, Kaisei-kun?” Kaisei lets out a laugh. Milan knew him so well, too well, it frightened him sometimes.
“You know me so well~ Of course I do!” Milan puts his free hand over his mouth as he lets out a hearty laugh. Kaisei’s heart clenches, as it always did whenever Milan would so much as give him a small smile. A feeling he had learned to ignore all these years.
Or: Kaisei and Milan play cards as they drink the night away. Kaisei wagers a deal as they reach their last game: the winner gets to ask anything from the loser.

“Klee!” He called out, expecting to hear the usual shriek of the girl asking ‘what?!’ Or the sound of tiny feet running down from the floor above.

Chikage Utsuki was not crying. He wasn't crying, because Chikage Utsuki did not cry. (One Hisoka Mikage might call out that lie, but he wasn't here now to do so.) And Chikage Utsuki definitely did not cry over something like scaring his partner away by attacking him when he woke up from a nightmare.
He had definitely screwed up this time. But how badly?
