Summary
It’s been a whole year since the ordeal with Max Winters. The brothers all reunited and defeated the stone generals and sent the 13 monsters back into the portal.
They’ve become closer as a family and a better team.
But when people start to disappear, rumors start to rise, and new villains reveal themselves, the turtles get some unexpected help from a stubborn young girl whose only goal is finding her sister.

Well, only if you don't look at his biology ever since the radioactive spider bite. And his extensive track record of running away and deaths in his life. And that his foster-dad is Tony Stark. And that his mentors are the Avengers. And the fact that he was randomly kidnapped one morning on his way to school and now he's in an alternate universe with a bunch of different superheroes that keep stalking him.
He thinks they mean well, but they're really weird. Besides that Red Hood guy. He's pretty cool. Though something about them- especially Nightwing- is familiar...

“We do not know of your brothers, Great Spirit,” Zuko answered, stuttering more like it. “I’m sorry we could not be of more service.”
The spirit frowned and stood up. “That’s weird, we were just together.”
There was a shift and Uncle’s head came up. They stared at this strange spirit. It turned its back to them and Zuko was breathless at the show of disregard. Figures a spirit would not consider him a threat. He shouldn’t take it personally, but he’s been dismissed his whole life. He’s tired of it. A hand gripped his trembling one and he takes a breath. There is no use getting upset over the ways of a spirit. They both studied its small form and Zuko was caught by its profile. The spirit’s back held three repeating and somewhat glowing symbols. It curved in a familiar motion.
“A turtle,” Uncle whispered.

(Y/N) O'Neal. Daughter to Kirby and Darcie O'Neil. Younger Sister to April O'Neil. A good student and a hard worker, kind to all those around her.
Homeless by 17.
Before the events of the 2012 show, (Y/N) comes out to her family as bisexual. And is promptly kicked out of her home. After a year of living on the streets, she's managed to pick up a few things. At least Kirby couldn't take away her smarts as fast as he took away her smile.
With plans of escaping New York once she turns 18, she lives on the streets(more like sewers) to hide from her family. She got a job, a place to stay and is studying to get her GED. But she still is a young girl with no upper body strength. She is always on high alert, and knows better than to stick her neck out to what could just be another gang fight.But she'll be damned if someone got hurt and she could've done something.

(This work is now on hiatus, I graduated with my BFA. I'm working full time now in my field with the hope of going into my masters soon. And so this fic is essentially abandoned. Thanks for all the kudos!)
