“No,” Lan Zhan replied.
“Lan Zhan,” Wei Ying said sternly with his hands on his hips. “Your brother said you would try and stay in and sulk about him leaving, I’m here to make sure that doesn’t happen.”
“I do not want to go outside, I do not have a strong constitution.”
Wei Ying snorted. “We both know that’s a lie Lan Zhan! I’ve seen your arms. Muscles for days! Come on, some fresh air will do you good! It’s either that or I recite the poem I wrote today about Jiang Cheng’s ugly new haircut…”
“I will go outside.”
“Hurray!”

(Or in which, Sasuke plays for a professional league and Naruto's just a casual player. Then cue Naruto suddenly coming along and wasting all of Sasuke's buffs and potions because they can't seem to finish a match within the PvP time limit.)

At this point of his life, he sort of expected these two words coming up one day, but first he thought he would be the one uttering it towards some nice girl and second, he'd never predicted that it'd be muttered through his best friend's monotone voice.

He turned the tap off and reached for a towel, wiping it over his face. He rubbed lightly at his eyes first, then brought the towel lower, opening his eyes to see his reflection as the towel wiped over his nose and mouth. A slight discoloration on his finger caught his attention, so he dropped the towel and brought his left hand up for closer inspection – only to find a thin, red ring around his left ring finger. Eyes wide, Naruto stared at his hand and opened his mouth, words failing him momentarily until he found what he was looking for. “Sakura!”
