Summary
The world stops around him as soon as he sees THE Bill Cipher in flesh, sitting in front of him. His mouth is bandaged with the same looking rag that was on Ford's mouth literally thirty minutes ago; his body fully tied to the chair. And he looks completely furious.
But as soon as he sees Ford, his struggles suddenly slow down. Unspoken "what the fuck is he doing here" can be read on this facial expression Bill is making.
