Summary
That robed figure, Sukuna, the King of Curses, tripped on a loose bone. A skull went flying off the Bone Pile, and Newton’s Laws promptly came into full effect. Sukuna flopped forward with a strangled cry, tumbling end over end half a dozen times before faceplanting in the shallow pool of blood-water.
Yuji stared, eyes wide, at the prone form of the dreaded King of Curses.
A weak sob escaped the Curse(?)’s mouth as they curled up into a ball and visibly held back tears.

Sukuna acquires unfamiliar memories and an older brother.
Yuji Itadori acquires Cursed Energy and a little sister.
Gojo acquires two gremlins for the price of one.
Jujutsu Society acquires a massive fucking headache.
All in all, this is probably a net good for the timeline.

Summary
Five years after Shroud is defeated, Waterboy lives comfortably as a high-ranking SDN hero. The Z-team, now a well respected hero troupe, lives on in something just to the left of glory. Everything is peaceful. Or, at least, as peaceful as it can be.
And then he's flung violently back into the past, forced to watch as old wounds open. Okay. Whatever.
There's really not much he can do without messing up the future, but... maybe there's some comfort he can provide. Some life he can bring to his past teammates' eyes.
It's the least he can do.
