Summary
The rooftop was quiet that day, the sky tinged with the warm hues of late afternoon. Behind him, Tetsuya heard the soft creak of the door opening, followed by the measured rhythm of footsteps approaching across the concrete. Seijuurou came to a halt beside him, standing tall and composed as always.
“I have been informed by Coach Shirogane that you have chosen to accept his offer to attend Rakuzan,” Seijuurou said, his tone as composed as ever.
“I didn’t choose Rakuzan.” Tetsuya turned to face him, meeting his gaze with quiet resolve. Though a storm stirred within him, his eyes did not waver. He hadn’t chosen Rakuzan for its prestige, nor for its promise of victory. He had chosen Rakuzan because Seijuurou would be there. He had made his decision, and the words that followed felt both like a confession—and a vow. “I chose you.”
This is a retelling of KnB and KnB Extra Game, set in an alternate universe where, instead of Seirin, Tetsuya attends Rakuzan to be with Seijuurou. Slash. Established relationship. Akashi Seijuurou/Kuroko Tetsuya. Akakuro.

Summary
One moment, the young basketball players of Seirin are chatting happily amongst themselves as their bus takes them to their game destination, the next moment, the bus crashes and everything goes black. When everyone wakes up, confused and distraught, they find themselves five years in the future and in the midst of a zombie apocalypse. They’re even more surprised to find that many of the basketball teams they’ve competed against or have met are all residing at Rakuzan in Kyoto. Now, they’re all tasked with adapting the abrupt shift in their life while also trying to survive a zombie apocalypse.

The streetlights cast long shadows across Aomine's sharp features, his usual lazy expression nowhere to be found. His grip tightened slightly, the warmth of his palm pressing against Kuroko’s cool skin.
“What the hell are you doing up here?” Aomine’s voice was low and steady, but beneath it was something else. Something unsettled that Kuroko was unable to figure out.
Kuroko blinked, expression unreadable. “Taking pictures.”
Aomine exhaled sharply through his nose, jaw clenching. His fingers curled slightly around Kuroko’s wrist.
“Get down.”
Or; As a photography college student barely making rent with a part-time job as a photographer for a small sports magazine, Kuroko has found a way to stay connected to the sport he loves on his own terms. But his past—one he tried to bury long ago—has found a way of catching up with him.
