Tim shrugged him off with a snarl, wings puffing up defensively. “I told you to drop it! It’s fine, everything’s fine. Stop being so damn nosy all the time!”
“Maybe when I actually believe that I will. You can’t seriously be trying to convince me ‘everything’s fine’. Anyone could see how weird you’ve been lately!”
“Just don’t worry about it!” Jimmy said frantically, backing up slightly. “It’s just- it’s stupid, it’s just my dumb bird problems don’t worry about it.”
Joel didn’t seem to know what to say to that but fortunately Grian did.
