Summary
Cody was pulled out of his thoughts abruptly as someone slammed into his shoulder, causing him to stumble slightly. “Sorry!” he heard a voice gasp as Cody noticed a small, blue object tumbling to the ground. Instinctively, he reached down to grab what he realised was a phone, when he looked up at the stranger and immediately forgot how to breathe.
A young man, maybe slightly older than himself, stood in front of him with the fair skin of his cheeks tinged a lovely shade of pink. Ginger hair fell down to his shoulders in gentle waves, which just skimmed the top of his soft-looking beige sweater. Bright blue eyes met his, and Cody could’ve sworn that the world tilted on its axis.

Cody doesn’t trust the Jedi—Prime made sure to teach him about their deceit and lies. His new general is the worst of them all, with his false compassion and fake promises.
Obi-wan himself has all the patience in the world, until it comes to his frustrating, disrespectful commander. In short, they hate each other.The only thing that gets Cody through the day are the mysterious comms from “Ben” who is witty, and kind, and makes Cody smile. He doesn’t know who Ben is, but he hopes to someday meet the man who he can’t help but start falling for. He’s perfect in every way and is so clearly the opposite of everything Cody hates about his general. Why couldn't he be working with Ben, instead of his stuck-up, petty general?

So, just find someone you love who loves you back. Should be simple enough, except Cody is already hopelessly in love with someone. And Obi-Wan would never feel the same way. So he resigns himself to his death, but Rex is determined to set Cody up with the man he loves. And Obi-Wan might be a little less ‘unreciprocal’ than either of them thought. Okay, maybe a lot less.
