Summary

There was a long moment of silence where they just stared at each other, Kallen’s blue eyes drilling into Zero’s dark mask.
Then suddenly gloved hands were tugging her headband down, securing it across her eyes to blind her, and she felt her breath hitch as the seals on his mask released with a soft hiss.
