Harry looked at the shivering thing under the bench. It was gross, yeah, but it was also kind of sad.

When Harry dies, he doesn't take Albus-Dumbledore-who-is-actually-just-a-nice-face-of-Death's word for it when he says the horcrux is beyond help. Harry, being Harry, decides to help. Turns out that when you're Master of the Deathly Hallows and you ask Death to help you with something, you might get more than you bargained for. Like thrown a hundred years back in time to fix all the things that the people who've been interacting with the Hallows since then have mucked up. Or, you know, chaos. Romance is good, but sadly unfinised. I read because of Albus Dumbledore/Harry Potter tag, but romance between Harry and Tom is also ok

“I don’t want to live on your charity,” Gaunt snapped... “I am opposed to being dependent on you. Or anybody else,”
“Good. I’m done being responsible for you. Been there, done that. I just don’t see any point in watching you deal all over again with having nothing when I have a stupid amount of everything,” Harry retorted equally firmly. “Just take the damn money and consider it an opportunity to start over in a world that doesn’t treat you like dirt for stuff that’s not your fault.” -

“When Jason died,” Bruce finishes for him.
... “Yes,” Alfred says, shaken. “In your sleep. When your mind couldn’t take it anymore.”
Maybe you need to scream, Bruce thinks. It’s a silly thought, easily dismissed. Jason’s gash of a mouth bubbles over in pink saliva; without looking, Bruce clears the bloody foam and the broken teeth from his airway...
Dick had clawed and screamed himself senseless; Bruce had done the same. The only difference was he’d limited it in his own mind. -
